"Easy Setup Overall"

"Easy to customize, but I wanted a bit more"
I liked how easy it was to customize the product, and overall it worked fine. I just expected a few more options, especially with colors and fonts. Some of the choices felt a little limited. Weirdly, I remember spending way too long trying to pick between two shades that looked almost the same, which probably says everything. It got the job done, but I wish it had been a bit more flexible.

"A little frustrating, but they came through"
I had a small issue with my order, which was kind of annoying at first, though it wasn’t a huge deal either. Support did get back to me and fixed everything, but it took a bit longer than I would’ve liked. So I was a little frustrated, but also happy with how it ended up. All good now.

"Easy to Use, Just a Little Slow"
Ordering on LookOurWay was straightforward for me. The menus were easy to follow, and I found the product options without having to click around too much. Checkout was clear too. I’m giving it 4 stars only because a few pages loaded kind of slow—well, not super slow, but slow enough to notice, and some of the product photos took a bit to show up. Not a huge issue, just a little annoying. I’d still use the site again.

"Good result, but a bit of back and forth"
I had a small issue with the artwork I sent in, and to be fair, their support team helped me sort it out quickly. Once that was fixed, the proof looked right and the final order turned out nice. I do feel like some of the confusion could’ve probably been avoided with clearer instructions upfront, but overall it worked out. Giving it 4 stars because it took a little extra back and forth.

"Super easy return process"
I had to return something because I totally ordered the wrong size. I was kind of expecting it to be a hassle, but the return steps were actually really simple. I had one quick question and customer service got back to me fast, and from the tone of their reply, it felt like they were genuinely trying to help instead of just sending a canned response. My refund showed up on my card a few days later with no extra back and forth. i really appreciated how easy the whole thing was.

"Made our storefront easier to spot"
We put up their branded flags outside our shop and I noticed quickly that they made the front look a lot more visible from the street. The colors came out really clean too, which I was a little picky about because our logo has a shade that can look off if it prints too dull. The fabric also moved nicely in the wind without looking flimsy. Shipping took a bit longer than I was hoping, so I did find myself checking the tracking more than usual, but once they arrived I was happy with how everything looked. Overall, a solid buy for making the shop stand out more.

"Warranty process was fair, just a little slow"
We had an issue with one of our flags after a few months, so I reached out about the warranty. They asked for a couple of pictures and the order info, totally reasonable. It took a few days of back and forth, not exactly quick — but they did respond every time. In the end, they sent the replacement part and it fixed the problem. I would’ve appreciated faster updates, but overall they handled it the right way and didn’t turn it into a big hassle. Four stars from me.

I found what I needed quickly, which was nice because I really didn’t feel like clicking around forever trying to figure things out. The whole ordering process was simple, checkout worked without any hassle, and then the confirmation email came through right away. it was just easy overall, which is exactly what I was hoping for

"Quick help, even if I mixed up the timing"

"Flag was okay, but not quite right"
I ordered a custom feather flag for an event. The pole kit was correct. But the flag itself did not match the proof I approved. The colors looked off. The logo placement was different too. Support did respond, but it took a few emails to explain the issue. They offered a partial fix. Still, it was frustrating because I needed it on time. It might be fine if you double check every detail...

"Decent service, but the ordering instructions need to be clearer"
Ordering wasn’t a bad experience overall, to be fair, but the instructions on the site were confusing. I had to go back and forth a few times just to understand what files they needed and how the setup process worked. Some parts felt like they were missing details or could’ve been explained better. Customer service did respond when I reached out, which I appreciate, but I think it’s only fair for customers to have the basic information clearly laid out upfront. It ended up making the whole process more stressful than it really needed to be.

I think it’s worth the money. For the price, it feels fair based on what you get, and I don’t feel like I overpaid. I’ve spent more on things that didn’t hold up as well, so this felt like a reasonable buy to me.
